Provided each copy contains all of the copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the original Software. Title to and all intellectual property rights in. The Software remains with Xerox and its licensors.
You agree to promptly notify Xerox in writing of any alleged infringement of a third party’s valid United States patent or copyright, permit Xerox to direct the defense and/or settlement of such claim, and fully cooperate with Xerox in those efforts. You agree to pay any settlement agreed to by Xerox or final judgment for any such infringement.
Uninstall the older version:
If you want to uninstall the Xerox Phaser 8560 Driver, you can do so by following these steps:
Select “Uninstall Xerox Printer Software” from the list of programs on your computer. A window will display, asking you to confirm the selection. Once you’ve confirmed the selection, click “Next”. Your computer will now remove the Xerox printer software and its components.
You agree that (a) your acquisition of the Equipment does not grant you a license to use Diagnostic Software and that unless separately licensed by Xerox. You will not access, use, reproduce, disclose, or distribute Diagnostic Software or allow third parties to do so. Xerox may disable Diagnostic Software in the event that you violate any of these terms. So, you agree to reimburse Xerox for any cost or expense related to the disabling of such software. Up to a maximum amount equal to the original purchase price of the Hardware.
The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP/N is not one of your smooth and sleek office printers. So, it has a large flatbed scanner mounted on top and a lot of bits. Opening it engages dozens of breakable plastic moving parts and requires several steps to replace ink cartridges. Fortunately, it also does print much faster than the HP device that compared it to, as you can see in this photo series.
