Save Frequently Used Print Job Parameters:
The Xerox WorkCentre 5335 Driver allows users to save driver settings for future use so that they do not need to be manually selected each time a document is printed. This feature is especially useful for frequently used print jobs parameters such as paper/output and image options.
To save a printer setting, select [Print] from the file menu within an application or open the Printers or Printers and Faxes window. Right-click on the printer and select [Properties]. Click on the [Paper/Output] tab. Select the name of a saved print job in the [Paper Setting Name] list.
